The University of Northern Iowa, in partnership with the Iowa Board of Regents, recently completed a competitive bid for office products, including toner. On Monday, May 2, 2016 the new Office Depot contract will be available for use at UNI. Orders should be placed through the new Oracle iProcurement store for Office Depot on that day. As a reminder all office related supplies are to be purchased through this contract using the iProcurement Office Depot store, any office related purchases outside of the contract must be reviewed by Jon Westhoff in Purchasing before purchase.
Final day for Office Max orders will be Thursday, April 28, 2016. The existing Office Max website will no longer be available after Thursday, April 28th. Beginning May 2 all purchases must be made through the new Office Depot store in iProcurement.
The new store will be similar to the previous Office Max store but will contain enhanced features. A schedule will be provided soon for demonstrations of the new site.
