Online W-2s were made available January 15th for active employees previously electing to not have a paper W-2 mailed to them. Paper W-2s for all other employees will be mailed to be received by February 1. See Business Operations-Payroll for information on Box 14 COVID reporting and to change your election to view your W-2 online in future years.
